Shipping & Returns


Orders placed before 10 AM PST, Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM PST, will ship the following day due to UPS pick up times. We process and ship our tea orders Monday-Friday. MY GREEN TEA is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays and may vary with package destination, particularly during peak periods.

MY GREEN TEA ships only to street addresses in the 50 states within the continental United States. We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska and sometimes in various international destinations, however please expect delays and extra fees. We ship with US Postal Service.


We aim to deliver quality products and want you to be happy with our company and our teas. For this we will gladly accept back any items purchased within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of any opened, used, and/or unsealed tea products (i.e food items and tools). Which is why MY GREEN TEA highly recommends ordering small quantities or visit us on our various tea/health/community events to sample. We would love to chat with you to share tips on how to enjoy your tea healthfully and tastily. Should there be damaged and/or defected items please contact us immediately, no longer than 3 days upon receipt of the order, so that we can assist you with a solution.

Unfortunately, MY GREEN TEA will not cover the cost of shipping unwanted products back to us. All returns must be shipped back to MY GREEN TEA using a traceable courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL). It will be the sole responsibility of the customer for any package that has not been received by MY GREEN TEA and for which tracking information cannot be provided.
